Poj\u010fme si ud\u011blat Den wellbeingu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00edm dnem byl \u010dtvrtek 25.1.2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A co \u017ee ten wellbeing vlastn\u011b je?\u00a0M\u0160MT jej definuje takto: \u201eWellbeing je stav, ve kter\u00e9m m\u016f\u017eeme v podporuj\u00edc\u00edm a podn\u011btn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed pln\u011b rozv\u00edjet sv\u016fj fyzick\u00fd, kognitivn\u00ed, emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a duchovn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l a \u017e\u00edt spolu s ostatn\u00edmi plnohodnotn\u00fd a spokojen\u00fd \u017eivot.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A jak to te\u010f v\u0161echno poskl\u00e1dat? Ono se to sn\u00e1z \u0159ekne, ne\u017e ud\u011bl\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Tak co m\u00e1me? Omezen\u00fd \u010das, nejasn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, rozpracovan\u00fd a nehotov\u00fd program a moc \u0161irok\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. Taky p\u00e1r nad\u0161en\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f a student\u016f, n\u011bjak\u00e9 domluven\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky a zhruba t\u00fdden \u010dasu\u2026 To nen\u00ed zrovna v\u00a0pohod\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To byl n\u00e1\u0161 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed vstup, se kter\u00fdm jsme se museli vypo\u0159\u00e1dat. A to hlavn\u011b d\u00edky moderaci t\u00e9mat t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edmi u\u010diteli. D\u00edky jejich umu v\u00e9st diskusi a otev\u00edrat souvisej\u00edc\u00ed ot\u00e1zky se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch rozjela otev\u0159en\u00e1 a plodn\u00e1 debata. Ne v\u0161ichni zde byli spokojeni. Ale v\u017edy\u0165 ne se v\u0161\u00edm je p\u0159ece nutno souhlasit a dos\u00e1hnout konsenzu. A i to je v pohod\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Blok p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na prevenci otev\u0159el student 4.L Samuel Karabina s\u00a0t\u00e9matem \u201eSay \u201aknow\u2018 to drugs\u201c. N\u00e1sledovaly p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky o Z\u00e1vislosti na po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch, Suplementaci ve fitnes, prevenci rakoviny prsu \u010di prostaty. T\u00e9ma pohody zastoupila p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ka o Wellbeingu v leadershipu a tak\u00e9 medita\u010dn\u00ed workshop. A ohlasy byly pozitivn\u00ed a zv\u00eddav\u00e9. P\u0159ebrali jsme nedod\u011blan\u00fd projekt t\u00fdden p\u0159ed dnem D. Mrzelo n\u00e1s, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159etina v\u0161ech student\u016f p\u0159ipraven\u00fd program a priori bojkotovala a do \u0161koly v\u016fbec nedorazila. Ale na druhou stranu, kdy\u017e jsme si pak \u010detli ohlasy a zp\u011btnou vazbu od t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed se zapojili do diskus\u00ed a programu, vlilo n\u00e1m to zase energii do \u017eil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDlouho jsem si takhle nepopov\u00eddala.\u201c, \u201eTakhle jsem svou t\u0159\u00eddu je\u0161t\u011b nepoznal.\u201c, \u201eVelice otev\u0159en\u00e9 diskuse.\u201c, \u201eL\u00edbil se mi prostor pro debatu a jak se s\u00a0n\u00e1mi u\u010ditel bavil.\u201c. To jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 ze zp\u011btn\u00fdch vazeb od student\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se programu \u00fa\u010dastnili. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0v\u00e1s byli nespokojeni, a i to je dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed Den wellbeingu hodnot\u00edme celkov\u011b jako poveden\u00fd. Mo\u017en\u00e1 nesplnil to, aby se v\u0161ichni m\u011bli dob\u0159e, ale otev\u0159el diskusi o r\u016fzn\u00fdch t\u00e9matech. O pohledu na sv\u011bt, o pocitu bezpe\u010d\u00ed, o prevenci.
